3015 Enclosed Fiber Laser Cutting Machine — Exchange Table, Beckhoff Control
A fully enclosed 3015 fiber laser cutting machine with a shuttle exchange table: one pallet cuts while the other is loaded, so the machine keeps cutting instead of waiting on handling. Cutting thickness is adjustable up to 20mm on a water-cooled fiber head, with Beckhoff control, HIWIN guide rails and a Raytools cutting head. The enclosure is not only a safety item — it holds the cutting zone steady, keeps fume and spatter off the optics, and lets you run high feed rates without an operator standing at the sheet. Cutting speed is quoted at up to 120 m/min on thin material. If you tell us the material mix, the thickness range and the batch sizes you run, we will confirm the laser power, the table configuration and the nesting software before quoting.

Why an Enclosed Machine With an Exchange Table
Two features separate this machine from an open-bed laser cutter, and both of them are about throughput rather than power.
The enclosure keeps the cutting zone closed. On a fiber laser that matters for three reasons: the fume and spatter stay off the optics and the guide rails, the sheet cannot shift mid-cut from an operator leaning over the bed, and the machine can be run at high feed rates without a person standing inside the guarding. It is also what allows the machine to meet CE guarding requirements for a high-power laser source.
The shuttle exchange table is the bigger productivity lever. Cutting stops whenever the finished parts come off and the next sheet goes on — on an open-bed machine that is a real pause in every cycle. With two pallets running as a shuttle, the second sheet is loaded while the first is being cut, so the laser source stays cutting and the handling happens alongside it.
Cutting thickness is adjustable up to 20mm with water cooling on the head. At the thin end of the range fiber lasers are extremely fast, which is why the quoted cutting speed reaches 120 m/min; the practical limit at the thick end is set by laser power, so tell us the thickest material you actually cut.
Specifying a Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
Laser power is the parameter everyone asks about first, and the parameter that is least useful on its own. What decides the machine is the material mix and the thickness range: a shop cutting 1–3mm stainless at high volume needs a different machine from one cutting 12mm carbon steel in small batches, even at the same quoted power.
What to send us:
- Materials you cut, and the thickness range for each
- Mix between thin sheet at volume and thick plate in small batches
- Typical sheet size and how many sheets per shift
- Whether the machine has to cut tube as well as flat sheet
- Nesting software you already use, if any
- Voltage and phase at your site, and the floor space available
Send us those and we will confirm the laser power, the table configuration and the control before quoting.
