What warranty do you provide?
The warranty period for your model is stated in the quotation and the contract. Ask for it in writing before you pay the deposit so there is no ambiguity later.
Where do spare parts come from?
We supply blades, punches, dies and control components. Because the tooling is made in-house, a replacement die can be matched to the original drawing instead of being re-engineered from the part. Consumables and spares are listed under press brake accessories and spare parts.
How does technical support work?
In English or Chinese, by email, WhatsApp or video call. For a fault, send a short video of the machine running and the control screen; that resolves more cases in one exchange than a written description does.
Do you provide operator training?
Yes, at our plant or on site by arrangement. Confirm it in the quotation if you need it.
What should I check when the machine arrives?
Photograph the crate and the machine before unloading, and check the machine against the packing list before signing the delivery receipt. Damage that is not recorded at delivery is very hard to claim afterwards.
