What is the lead time?
30 days standard from receipt of deposit. Custom tooling and non-standard voltages can extend that, and we will tell you before you order rather than after.
Which port and which terms?
Shanghai, with FOB, CIF or EXW. Give us the destination port so a CIF price is real and not an estimate.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T, L/C and D/P D/A, in USD, EUR or CNY.
What voltage do I need to specify?
Your site voltage, frequency and phase, given at order. 380V/50Hz, 415V/50Hz, 440V/60Hz and 220V/60Hz are all common. This has to be fixed before the build starts, because the motor and the control transformer are selected for it.
What is included in the quoted price?
The machine, the standard tooling set, the control and the manual. Optional tooling, spare blades and dies, and installation are quoted separately, so ask for them to be itemised rather than assumed.
Do you arrange installation and training?
Yes, by arrangement. Scope and cost depend on the destination country, so ask for installation to be included in the quotation if you need it.
