QC11K Hydraulic Guillotine Shearing Machine — 2500mm, Estun E21 NC
The QC11K is a hydraulic guillotine shear with a 2500mm cutting width, a 150mm throat depth and a semi-automatic cycle on Estun E21 NC control. Guillotine geometry means the upper blade travels on a curved path through the cut rather than descending straight down, which is what keeps the sheet flat against the bed and holds the cut line straight across the full width. This is the machine for straight-line shearing of carbon steel and stainless sheet at production rates: the NC control sets the backgauge position numerically, so repeat cut lengths come off the control rather than off a tape measure. Send us the material grade, the thickness range and the cut lengths you run most often, and we will confirm the blade and backgauge configuration before quoting.

What the QC11K Guillotine Shear Is For
The QC11K is a hydraulic guillotine shear, which in practice means it is the machine you put at the front of a fabrication flow to turn full sheets into cut blanks. Straight cuts, at production rate, with the cut length set numerically instead of by hand.
Guillotine geometry is the reason this design still dominates sheet shearing. The upper blade travels through a curved path rather than dropping vertically, so the sheet stays flat against the bed through the cut and the blade does not lift the material as it descends. On long cuts that is the difference between a straight edge and a curved one.
On this machine the backgauge is set from an Estun E21 NC control, with a semi-automatic cycle: the operator positions the sheet, the machine completes the stroke, and the cut length for the next piece comes off the control. That is what makes repeated cut lengths repeatable without an operator re-measuring between pieces.
Specifying a Guillotine Shearing Machine
Two numbers decide the machine: the thickness you cut most often, and the widest sheet you handle. Thickness sets the blade and the shear force; width sets the bed. Material grade matters too — stainless and high-tensile sheet need more force at the same thickness than mild steel, so a machine sized on mild steel alone will come up short the first time you run stainless.
What to send us:
- Material grade and the thickness range you cut, in mm
- Widest sheet you handle, and the cut lengths you run most often
- Whether the backgauge has to move to a new length between cuts
- Blade type you need, and how often you sharpen or rotate blades
- Voltage and phase at your site
Send us those and we will confirm the cutting width, the blade and the backgauge arrangement before quoting.
